MyGuy Plumbing was great! Matt &Errol were very professional and explained everything that needed to be done and why. They wore little booties while they were in my house and even asked if there were any other plumbing concerns while they were here. They repaired my valves in a timely manner.

Shane returned to our brand new home for the second day in a row. Our floor installers were pulling up the ceramic tile to install luxury vinyl and as they removed a nail, it was in a water pipe. (We had the same problem the day before) water was squirting up in our new home. Shane arrived as I had requested and he was polite and professional with a friendly demeanor. The work was completed in a timely fashion.

Great workmanship! Came in and introduced themselves then we discussed a few issues with water leaks and valves. They gave us several quoted options and preformed all the necessary work in a clean orderly fashion. They didn’t leave until we were completely satisfied with everything. Customer stated that they had slow draining lav sink. After inspecting we found that the drain is slow. Customer would also like replace faucet. Myguy plumbing presented the options to the customer. Customer would like to move forward with a new faucet. After myguy plumbing installed faucet and pop up assembly, myguy plumbing filled the sink up multiple times and tested for leaks or issues, at this time everything is operating as should no leaks, everything is draining as should.
Arrived on site client stated her kitchen sink was backing up and she had a crack in a pipe below the kitchen sink. Upon inspection client had a crack on one of the nuts and we also noticed the basket strainer was old and rotting away. Clients kitchen line in the basement was slightly bellied. Today we replaced the basket strainer, 3/4 dishwasher tailpiece, and trap underneath as well as hydrojetting the kitchen line and strapping it in the basement. Tested for leaks under the sink and tested for kitchen sink flow. There are no leaks and the kitchen sink is now draining as it should.
Arrived on site customer stated that they are remodeling their bathroom and would like to have the toilet installed, hose bib under vanity, faucet, drainage, shut off valves and trim installed. Gave options for customer supplied and us supplying. Customer would like to speak with wife before making a decision. Collected diagnostic fee and will credit towards work quoted today.
Arrived on site client stated that their kitchen sink was backed up. Upon inspection client also had a leak that he attempted to repair under the kitchen sink himself. Client stated they also attempted to snake it themselves. Gave options to hydro jet the sink drain and to fix the drainage underneath the sink. Hydro jetted and snaked the kitchen multiple times and when done we repipe the kitchen drainage and tested for leaks and sink drain flow. There are no leaks at this time and the sink is draining as it should. Cause of clog appeared to be a bad grease blockage.
FOUND ON INSPECTION HALLWAY BATHROOM -toilet is not secured to floor and is wobbling, Myguy plumbing recommends installing a new toilet KITCHEN -Customer has a leak on the dishwasher tail piece and customer has a S Trap style drain. Myguy pluming recommends adding a studor vent on the kitchen drain line. CRAWL SPACE -Brass tub shoe and overflow has a slight leak on it Myguy pluming recommends replacing tub shoe and overflow Arrived back to the home to perform the work, client would like us just to pull and reset the toilet. After pulling and resetting the toilet the flange was in very bad shape and needed to be repaired. After repairing the flange, I supplied and installed new wax seal, Johnny bolts, and supply line. Secured the toilet and flushed it to check for leaks and there are no leaks at this time. Leak under kitchen sink in Howell NJ
Today Myguy plumbing returned to install new MOEN Arbor Kitchen faucet. After faucet was installed Myguy plumbing ran the faucet and tested for leaks at this time there are no leaks found everything is working as should.
Arrived on site to complete annual inspection. After inspection we wrote up everything to get things rectified. For today customer would just like options emailed to them. Everything is in working order.
Over the years, we have winterized and dewinterized the outdoor silcock for the client, we arrived today to perform the same task. Hooked up air compressor to existing drain down valve. Turned valve on and blew all the water out of the lines. Left silcock and drain down system on. System is now winterized. *Advised to the client that when they have us back to dewinterize the system I will do that as a one time time curtesy and replace the silcock at a discounted rate.

Remodel bathroom Replace shower with fiberglass shower pan and 3 piece wall kit, replace toilet, possibly replace toilet flange based on condition, replace pull down shower head, and replace vanity with customer supplied vanity Need restoration before installing shower. Installed vanity and shower valve tested work and everything appears to be in working order and there appears to be no leaks at this time. Collected payment

Find where hairline crack stops on copper trap arm and replace with pvc membership Arrived to home for leaking kitchen drain. Upon inspection found that copper trap arm had hairline fracture that caused a split for a few feet. MyGuy cut out trap arm and adapted with pvc. Tested for leaks there are none at this time. Auger toilet as courtesy. Toilet is leaking from base. Informed customer if I did auger it can get stuck or cause other issues. Customer is aware. Left options to come back and fix toilet issue. Price may increase depending on type of flange or positioning .
