Professional service

Shane returned to our brand new home for the second day in a row. Our floor installers were pulling up the ceramic tile to install luxury vinyl and as they removed a nail, it was in a water pipe. (We had the same problem the day before) water was squirting up in our new home. Shane arrived as I had requested and he was polite and professional with a friendly demeanor. The work was completed in a timely fashion.

Great workmanship! Came in and introduced themselves then we discussed a few issues with water leaks and valves. They gave us several quoted options and preformed all the necessary work in a clean orderly fashion. They didn’t leave until we were completely satisfied with everything. Jerome and Jacob were very professional and personable. They gave me a quick estimate and told me if there were any complications or other damage they would have to revisit the cost. Very honest and pleasant. Positive experience. On the cost, I thought it was a little expensive because there was not a lot involved in the repair.

Arrived on site today to complete customers annual home inspection. After inspecting we wrote up options to get everything rectified on what we found on the inspection. For today, the customer would like to have options emailed over to them. Myguy plumbing started up boiler, and at this time their appears to be no leaks found everything is working as should.

Arrived on site and removed old Navien tankless and installed new Navien tankless and brought everything up to code. Tested all work and everything appears to be in working order and there appears to be no leaks at this time. Customer is going to finance job through save green. If customer does not get approved we will run them through service finance to collect payment. Registered unit with Navien.

Arrived on site client stated her daughter dropped a shampoo bottle cap down the drain. Vacuumed out water from the shower trap and sent camera down the line to inspect. Shampoo bottle cap was really small and appears to have went further down the line into the main sewer. Clients shower is draining as it should.

Arrived on site removed board on unit and discovered that the heat exchanger is leaking. Contacted Navi and tech-support and got the heat exchanger covered under warranty. Gave options to customer about installing a new tankless versus replacing the heat exchanger PCB board and flow sensor. Customer would like to move forward with installing new tankless, we are going to email the save green form to them to fill out and we are going to perform the work tomorrow morning told customer that if they do not qualify for save green, then they will need to pay the amount in full or they can do financing through my guy plumbing. Applied tech-support fee towards cost of replacement of the unit.

Arrived on site customer stated that they have no hot water. Contacted Navien tech support and they stated that it is the pcb and flow sensor that is not functioning properly. They recommend replacement of both items. We will need to order parts and will return and use today’s visit as a credit towards the work. Collected payment for tech support and will be applied to work performed.

Arrived on site client stated his toilet is leaking from the base and the tub will not drain very slowly. Pulled toilet and found standing water at the toilet flange. Snaked from the toilet flange and it appears to have been a soft blockage when sending the camera down the line. After resetting the toilet I ran water in the tub and flushed the toilet multiple times. Client is now able to use both the tub and toilet again.

Today we arrived on site to complete customers annual home inspection along with replacing filter after inspection. We wrote it up options to rectify what we found on home inspection for today. Customer would like to only move forward with replacing the filter after all work was done my guy, plumbing, tested for leaks at this time. There are no leaks found everything is working as should.

Arrived to home for no hot water. Upon inspection found that light on control valve was blinking. Looks like someone accidentally turned the knob to pilot. I turned knob in between a and b and heater lit right up.

Arrived on site and customer explained that she had sprinkler company out to winterize sprinkler system. They discovered that the assembly put in place to blow out line was installed improperly and the port was before the ball valve making it useless. Provided estimate to make proper repairs. While checking under kitchen sink we saw residue build up on a connection on the trap, after further inspection we found that the gasket had cracked and push above the nut. Due to it not currently leaking we put pipe dope on threads and tightened. Customer was made aware that if it does start leaking that section of trap will have to be cut off of connection to garbage disposal and replaced due to the baffled end of that connection preventing just a replacement of washer. Customer also has crack in shower pan and after talking is interested in getting a quote for vanity, faucet, toilet, and shower pan installation. Shower head also has drip leading us to believe that the cartridge is failing.
